Hey, in case there are any other bargain (or freebee ;)) loving Mommies out there, I just got 50 free prints from CVS for creating a (free) photo account.
I’ve found lots of sites that offer this, but so far, never one that offered the one hour in-store pick up option! I ordered mine and picked them up today! (more…)

Friday, December 11th, 2009Well, we had our first ultrasound yesterday (Thanks to Karen!!) and it’s a boy! Several weeks ago while I was snuggling with Trey before bedtime, he looked up and said, “Hey Mommy? That little baby in your belly, he’s a boy.”
And he was right!
Mommy’s “Boy Toes”
Monday, December 7th, 2009Earlier this morning, I was in the kitchen after having half-way removed my toe-nail polish.
I hadn’t found the time yet to finish and redo it (can’t imagine why not!).
Trey walked by, then stopped and got down on the floor to inspect my poor toes. He shook his his disapprovingly and said, “Ohhh no, Mommy. You’re havin’ boy toes!” Then he added “That is not good. They’re ‘u-posed to be pink!”
An Answered Prayer
Monday, December 7th, 2009Trey and I have been reading a favorite book of his over and over in the last few days. It’s called “The Snowy Day”. Earlier last week, Trey decided that he would like to have some snow of his own to play in. I told him that God makes the snow, so maybe he should talk to God about it.

A Very Special Christmas Gift ♥
Thursday, December 3rd, 2009Wes and I recently started letting Trey earn an allowance for keeping his room clean all by himself and being Mommy’s helper. He’s been doing really well, and since learning a little about the value of money, has been eagerly snatching up nickels or dimes whenever he spots them.
